姿势很重要 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦

坐公交、地铁,抬头望去,坐势千姿百态,很多低头往前倾;回家之后,在沙发上半躺着刷手机。这些姿势看似轻松舒服,实际上对腰伤害最大了,特别容易造成腰疼。 其实有很多的疾病例如:腰椎间盘突出、腰椎骨质增生、腰椎生理弧度变直等都和我们进行日常活动的姿势有很大的联系。这些问题是呈积累性的,反复地姿势不正确,导致软组织慢性劳损而引起的。

Nowadays, you can see people in different postures when riding subways, trains or even in the bus. They tend to tilt their head downwards to look at their cellphones for a long time. These postures looks comfortable but are harmful towards our spine. Postural problems are also one of the major cause of lower back pain. These bad postures over time can cause lumbar spondylosis, slip disc, loss of curvature of lumbar and etc.

在这段期间,各位可以多花点时间通过运动纠正错误的姿势,提早预防一些不必要的问题发生。 在家里也可以多运动,把肌肉关节松动松动,一定要记得站得直,走得直。

During MCO, you may spend more time focusing on correcting your postures, to prevent unnecessary problems to occur in the future. Frequently exercising to relax the muscle are important in helping to relieve lower back pain.
