【17/8/24】Free Talk @ Kuen Cheng High School

在17/8/2024，善德中医坊蔡伟聪博士代表拉曼大学在吉隆坡坤成中学为约150名教师带来了一场关于颈椎病的认识、保健与防护的专题讲座。蔡医师结合丰富的临床经验和专业知识，深入浅出地讲解了颈椎病的成因、症状以及日常预防措施。

在讲座中，蔡医师特别强调了教师这一职业群体因长时间低头备课和批改作业，容易出现颈椎问题的重要性。他还为大家介绍了一系列简单实用的颈椎保健操，并现场演示，帮助老师们在工作和生活中更好地保护颈椎健康。

讲座结束后，蔡医师也耐心解答了大家的提问，教师们纷纷表示受益匪浅，对颈椎病的防护有了更深刻的认识。

On August 17, 2024, Dr. Choy Wai Chong from Trimedic Healthcare Centre represented University Tunku Abdul Rahman to deliver a talk about cervical spondylosis at Kuen Cheng High School in Kuala Lumpur. Dr. Choy with his clinical experience and professional knowledge, explained and introduced a series of simple and practical cervical health exercises, demonstrating them on-site to help teachers better protect their cervical health in both their work and daily lives.
