脾胃虚寒怎么办?
养脾胃,少就是关键
现代人普遍存在亚健康问题,十个人中有九个患有脾虚。要养护脾胃,关键在于“少”。
第一,少吃

第二,少消耗
「少做高强度的运动
尽量用散步代替慢跑,用慢跑代替高强度的有氧运动。合适的运动应该让身体微微出汗,不要进行过度剧烈的锻炼。
②减少刮痧疗法的次数
这些保健方式都会耗费体内的气血,做得太多只会让身体越来越虚弱。
③减少手机使用时间
无目的地刷视频会导致莫名的焦虑感,还会损耗精血。此外,尽量避免熬夜,因为熬夜会损伤肝脏和眼睛。
第三,少忧虑
面对脾虚问题时,尽量避免过度忧虑,因为情绪与脾胃密切相关,过度的担忧会直接影响脾胃功能。
